How to Annotate Documents in Efflux:
Step 1:
Launch Efflux.
Step 2:
Open the document that needs pages to be annotated.
Step 3:
Create a composition in the Composition panel by dragging the pages that you wish to add annotations on.
Step 4:
Select a page on the Composition panel and click on the desired annotation functions such as “Mask”, “Highlight”, “Annotation (Textbox)”, “Signature”, “Initials” or “Stamp” from the annotation toolbox that is on the Preview panel.
Step 5:
To save the final version of the PDF after annotation, right-click on any of the PDF pages on the Composition panel and click “Save > PDF/Searchable PDF/Word/Excel.”
